     1988   Founded HealthFocus, Inc.

     1990   Launched the HealthFocus Survey for food and beverage industry

               Developed psychographic/motivational segmentation

     1994   Began tracking trends based on the HealthFocus Syndicated Study

     1998   HealthFocus, Inc. began offering custom research

     1999   Began licensing the segmentation protocol, expanded custom
               research

     2000   HealthFocus, Inc. was acquired by Irwin Broh & Associates,
               Chicago, IL

               HealthFocus, Inc. became HealthFocus International 

               Launched International Health Trend Survey in 30 Countries

     2004   HealthFocus Europe is created out of Dosjebro, Sweden

     2006   Barbara Katz assumes presidency
